Publicity Consent Release

(This is included because much of the Sew Like A Pro™ training includes live Zoom meetings and social media promotions featuring quotes by and/or images of dresses made by Sew Like A Pro™ members.)

In consideration of my participation in the Complete Ballgown Program, Complete Latin-Skate Program, Complete+ Program, Fabulous Fitting Techniques Course, or Dressmaker Business Academy, as well as any paid or free classes offered by Teresa Sigmon, Seams Sensational, including any and all products created under the name Sew Like A Pro™, her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, as well as for persons or corporations acting with her authority and permission, I hereby grant the following rights and permissions:

I acknowledge the above-mentioned parties have the irrevocable, perpetual and unrestricted right and permission to take, use, re-use, publish and republish still or moving photographic and/or sound recordings of me as related to my participation in any and all Sew Like A Pro™ related Facebook groups that I voluntarily joined, plus any and all products, programs, and courses created under the name Sew Like A Pro™ or Seams Sensational.

I acknowledge any photos or videos in which I may be included, in whole or in part, may be distorted, blurred, altered, including but not limited to print media and distribution over the internet for illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, trade, or any other lawful purpose whatsoever.

I hereby waive any and all right to inspect or approve the finished product or products, the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection with my participation in this class.

I acknowledge I was not, and will not in the future, be compensated if my likeness is used for marketing, training or other publicity reasons. I acknowledge and agree I have no right or claim for future Considerations nor to a portion of any profits acquired by Teresa Sigmon DBA Seams Sensational, her heirs, legal representatives and assigns, that result either directly or indirectly from using my likeness or my sketches or other photographs, videos, or audios related to my participation in this class.

I hereby warrant that I am of full age and have the right to contract in my own name.

I have read the above authorization, release, and agreement, and I am fully familiar with the contents of this document which shall be binding upon me and my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

• Do not send spam messages via email, text messages or any other medium to other SLP™ members.

• Do not violate the privacy of any of your fellow SLP™ members.

• Do not send, use or re-use any material that consists of or contains software viruses or any other harmful or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation of Seams Sensational or Sew Like A Pro™.

• Do not sell any videos, photos or downloads presented in the SLP™ member site, even if they are translated into a language other than presented in the Sew Like A Pro™ member site.

• Do not share your login credentials with other people.
