No sewing is taught in this course. Therefore, you must know how to sew a least a little bit, even if you have never sewn lycra or other stretch fabrics.
With the Fabulous Fitting Techniques Course, it is mandatory that you are comfortable enough with your sewing machine to be able to make "simple" things like basic curtains, pillow slip covers, or aprons. Is is preferable that you are experienced enough to make more complex items like quilts or street clothes.

Conversely, my Latin-Skate and Ballroom Dressmaker Schools offers a much longer, more in-depth, comprehensive system on how to make women's ballroom, country and skate dresses.
