This two-part workshop helps you gain crucial dress design skills and best dressmaker strategies for turning your paper sketch into a 3-D dress.

Class #1:  How to design with clarity and intention to yield the best results with the least amount of time and struggle.

Class #2:  Dress Strategies:  Professional trouble-shooting and work-flow strategies to turn your 2-D paper design into a 3-D dress you can wear. 

In this class, I chose several example dress design sketches from the live participants.  I discuss their sketches offering details to begin cutting and sewing their dress with increased success and ease.

• Which fabrics work well for each dress?
• What "work flow" (cut, fit, sew, order rhinestones, etc) will likely yield the most attractive and most efficient dressmaker results? 
• Which problems may arise with this design?
• And much more.  Each featured design is unique so you never know which golden nugget will make your next dress easier to make!
